Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  • Pasta
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 pint of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Make Pasta.
  2. In a sauce pan over medium heat – melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes.
  3. Add cream and cream cheese and heat till bubbling (not to the point of a boiling)
  4. Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  6. Mix some sauce with the pasta (a little sauce goes a long way).
