Crock-Pot French Dip Sandwiches

Makes: 8 servings Total Time: 8 hr 30 min

What you need
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can hot water
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1 packet Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 3-4 pound roast
  • Bakery Rolls
  • Provolone cheese slices
Make it
Put all ingredients in the crock-pot.

Cook it on low for 8 hours. About an hour before you eat, just break up the meat into bite size shreds.

Make the sandwiches with the rolls and provolone then put them under the broiler for a couple minutes to get the bread crispy and the cheese melty. Use the juice left in your crock-pot as au jus to dip the sandwich in.
