Cheese Steak Subs

What You Need

  • 1/2 cup julienne sweet red pepper
  • 1/2 cup julienne green pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 2 submarine sandwich buns, split

To Make It

  1. In a small skillet, saute the peppers and onion in oil until tender. 
  2. Cut cheese slices in half. Place beef and cheese on each bun. 
  3. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
  4. Top with pepper mixture and bun tops.
