- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
To Make It
- Whip the room temperature butter with whisk attachment for 30 seconds.
- Add powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon and beat until completely combined and very smooth.
- Scrape down sides of bowl and turn up speed and whip for a minute or two or until really light and fluffy.
Yield: about 3/4
cup.
