Pork sausage rolls

What you need

1 x 400g (14.11 ounces) ready-made puff pastry, defrosted
8 good quality pork sausages
4 tbsp truffle mustard
1 egg, beaten

Make It
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°c and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Place the pastry in front of you and cut into 8 squares.
  3. Brush the truffle mustard onto the pastry evenly.
  4. Place a pork sausage on each pastry square and roll. Seal the edges and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the sausage rolls with the beaten egg and place in the pre-heated oven.
  6. Allow to bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the sausage are cooked through.
  7. Serve with extra mustard.
