What you need1 x 400g (14.11 ounces) ready-made puff pastry, defrosted
8 good quality pork sausages
4 tbsp truffle mustard
1 egg, beaten
Make It
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°c and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Place the pastry in front of you and cut into 8 squares.
- Brush the truffle mustard onto the pastry evenly.
- Place a pork sausage on each pastry square and roll. Seal the edges and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush the sausage rolls with the beaten egg and place in the pre-heated oven.
- Allow to bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the sausage are cooked through.
- Serve with extra mustard.
